Educational Adaptive Community Outreach

GOALS AND COMMITMENT

Our goals are to educate and connect with newly acquired injuries,  different communities in and around the city of Sacramento. We also reach out to various hospitals, rehab facilities, support group in efforts to recruit new disabled athletes of all ages.

SERVICES OR DEMONSTRATIONS

We are able to provide sessions to educate anyone about the disabled community. We discuss gun violence, health precautions, and some of the struggles of being physically challenged. We also are able to provide basketball wheelchairs for individuals that want to try it and get a real experience of what it's like and how similar it is to stand-up basketball. Our goal is create an understanding with kids and adults that being in a wheelchair does not define that person. Our athletes can share their remarkable stories and how success is obtained through hard work and dedication to change!

  • Small Classrooms (10-20) - $100 per session
